Athletic Trainer River Run Scholarship

The Pennsylvania Athletic Trainers’ Society and the Athletic Trainer River Run Committee are proud to co-sponsor a $2,000 Scholarship to a deserving Sophomore, Junior, or Senior student who is enrolled in one of CAATE Approved Athletic Training Programs in the Southwestern Region of Pennsylvania.  The committee will present one scholarship in the amount of two thousand dollars ($2,000.00) to be earmarked for academic/professional development activities.  The scholarship will be awarded to a student who has shown significant initiative and service in promoting the athletic training profession and excelled academically.  The scholarship must be used by the selected student toward education pursuits and or professional development opportunities furthering their career in Athletic Training.

Eligible to Sophomore, Junior, and Senior Level Students from the following Southwest Pennsylvania College/Universities:

• California University of Pennsylvania
• Duquesne University
• University of Pittsburgh
• Waynesburg University
