This award recognizes an act of professionalism in an effort to save someone’s life (or quality of life) in an emergency situation that warranted immediate care and management.  

Nominations will be evaluated on an ongoing basis.
Recipient(s) will be notified by PATS President when the nomination has been approved by the PATS Executive Board.

Criteria for Nomination:
The nomination must be made within 9 months of a life-saving event.
The nominee must have a valid license in good standing (if applicable).

Recipients will receive a certificate, a listing in the PATS quarterly news, a submission to the NATA news, and recognition at the annual PATS Convention
