Program Highlights: The average Athletic Training Class size is eight students. Starting with the first Athletic Training courses during the students first semester: AT 101 (Introduction to Athletic Training), to the last senior semester course AT 444 (Senior Capstone), the student has the opportunity to work closely with professors. It is a perfect "fit" for those students looking for a smaller school.
Athletic Training Students have the opportunity to participate in their sport while attending Alvernia Colleges' Athletic Training Program.
Students have 12 affiliated clinical sites including colleges, high schools, and professional teams.
Students have the opportunity to go directly into a Graduate Assistantship Program and obtain a Masters Degree in Education, Liberal Arts, Counseling, MBA, or Occupational Therapy upon graduation from Alvernia College.
